Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in person or in writing at least 180 days prior to your event in order to receive a refund of any payments excluding the deposit.

Cancellations after 180 days will forfeit any extra payments made towards booking and payment of rental will be due in full.

Refunds will be made by check, mailed to the address of your choice.

Date Change

The Woodland Place reserves the right to charge a 20% fee for change of date. We will only allow one date change.

ABC/Smoking/Capacity

The Woodland Place does not hold a license through the Virginia ABC and is not responsible for obtaining one for your event. It is up to you to acquire the proper license and paperwork for your event from the Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control. If you do not obtain the proper license and paperwork there cannot be any alcohol on the property. We do not allow glass beer bottles. All drinks served in glass must be kept behind the bar and served in a glass container.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside of the building. We have a smoking area on the side patio of our building.

Capacity

Outdoor and indoor will hold 200 guests seated.
